School Holiday Program

By booking and participating in the Camden Markets Collective 2570 School Holiday Program, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Voluntary Participation

I understand that oarticipation in this program involves activities that involve supervised risk. Participation is entirely voluntary.

Supervision & Safety

All children will be supervised by an adult at all times and must follow the instructions of Camden Markets Collective staff. Protective gear like glasses and plastic gloves may be required for some activities like Woodwork and must be worn as directed.

Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that, while all reasonable care is taken, working with tools and machines carries a risk of injury. I accept full responsibility for my child’s participation and understand that the Camden Markets Collective and its staff / volunteers are not liable for any injury, allergic reaction or loss that may occur.

Signed Waiver

I understand that I the Guardian will need to sign a waiver prior to the beginning of the Classes

Photography Permission

I give permission for photos of my child to be taken during the session for educational and promotional purposes.

I do not give permission for my child’s photos to be used

Held in Camden, this Approx 1-hour classes is packed with engaging, skill-building activities in Creative Arts.

Classes aimed at children aged 8+ years

This is not a drop and leave service. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

All bookings are non refundable. Make up session will not be issued for missed lessons.
This is a class that does involved supervised risk, precautions are in place but you will be required to sign a liability waiver before taking place in the class.
We ask that all children and adults show respect to the teacher, each other and the space around them
In order to keep the space allergy controlled, all classes have a no food policy. You are welcome to bring a drink bottle to class but no food please.
Space is a Corn and Nut free space due to anaphylaxis of some of the children who attend
All resources remain the property of Camden Markets and both physically and intellectually.
